Arlene is a professor with the York Sheridan Program in Design and Coordinator of the Design Management Certificate Program at Ryerson University. She has served as Senior Director of Programming for the Design Exchange. She is also the Strategic Director for Ontario's Design Industry Advisory Committee (DIAC).
