					<description><![CDATA[[&#8230;] Paula Allen’s (2021) Corporate Knights article “Does working for a sustainable company make you happier?” and Matt Tenney’s (2023) Business Leadership Today article “How important sustainability is to employees”, were interesting reads, well written with provable evidence, explaining the concerns of employees not finding happiness and sustainability in their jobs. This is completely relatable, and I agree with the arguments in these articles because working for a company that aligns with my values, and passion and is sustainable will give me a sense of purpose and happiness. [&#8230;]]]></description>
